From initial client engagement to completing deals, you’ll work across a variety of financing solutions, including bridging, development, and commercial finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Structure and present tailored finance solutions to meet client objectives.
• Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favourable deals.
• Handle cases in bridging loans, development, and commercial finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in specialist property finance, with a strong track record of arranging specialist mortgages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients from diverse sectors.
• Strong understanding of Bridging, commercial and development finance products and client-focused solutions.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
