Specialist Hand Therapist

We are seeking a Therapist with specialist knowledge in acute, post-operative and chronic hand, wrist and upper limb conditions to get involved in a dynamic team of Hand Therapists, Manual Physiotherapists and Rehab Therapists across London, with the united goal of providing top quality care and experience to all of our patients. You will be expected to work as an independent Hand Therapist in our clinics alongside the rest of our Musculoskeletal team.

This position is an excellent opportunity to work closely with highly experienced plastic and orthopaedic consultants across London, building lasting working relationships that enable our patients to receive the best care available. We endeavour to provide an environment conducive to your learning needs, with regular in service training as part of the Hand Therapy Team. as well as encouraging participation in teaching other teams and the availability to upgrade your Physio skills with in-house MSK training as well as an annual CPD allowance.

You will need to provide a high quality level of care for patients referred from areas including non-surgical and post-surgical trauma and elective orthopaedics , plastic surgery, rheumatology, Private GPs and self-referrals. The ability to fabricate bespoke thermoplastic splints is essential as well as knowledge of wound and scar management.

Private practice experience is not required but preferred as well as 3+ years of post graduate MSK and Hand Therapy experience.
