• Job Title: Specialist Pharmacist

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (shifts between 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm on a rota)

• Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This opportunity is perfect for those wanting to move into the pharmaceutical industry or develop their experience in quality-led, process-driven work. In this role, you will:

• Act as Responsible Pharmacist on a rota

• Clinically check prescriptions across specialist areas including oncology, immunotherapy, and rare diseases

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and SOP development

• Manage homecare prescription screening and patient queries

• Assist with regulatory and quality-related projects, including clinical trials and early access schemes

• Collaborate with NHS and industry stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

• Previous experience as a registered or pre-reg Pharmacist

• An interest in process improvement and innovation

• Willingness to work outside of traditional pharmacy duties

• Oncology experience or project work (desirable, not essential)

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Unique, non-patient facing role in the pharmaceutical sector
