Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 basic + £80,000 OTE (depending on revenue generated)

About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing your own market specialism, growing and nurturing a high-quality client base
• Building strong commercial relationships with SMEs and major brands across the region
• Attracting and sourcing top talent through networking, advertising, headhunting and social media
• Delivering tailored recruitment solutions that address client needs and create long-term value
• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and care

• Professional Services (Finance, HR, Legal, Sales & Marketing), IT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Executive & Leadership Recruitment, Engineering
