Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant to a small, busy, and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £30,000 - £32,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Duties:

Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leads
Working for a local recruiter, sourcing candidate for high profile vacancies
Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up todate

Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
Maintaining good repour with new and existing clients

Experience required:

Extensive training will be provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
