The Role:
As a Specialist Technical Support Level 3, you will be an integral part of our Specialist Technical Support Team. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the delivery of top-notch ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment. You will also play a crucial role in supervising and guiding your colleagues when necessary to maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will need to leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in various technical areas, including but not limited to:
Experience of developing (DevOps) in Power Apps Automate and M365
Experience of developing (DevOps) in RPA is (desireable)
Complex issue triage, problem investigation and coordination to closure including major incidents.
Significant experience of Microsoft Products, Network, VMware, Storage andBack-up, Storage, various OS environments and Business applications.
Experience Required:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
ICT (Level 5) professional qualification or equivalent ICT qualification.
Professional Management qualification (Level 5), or equivalent.
ITIL certification in IT Service Management, or similar.
Knowledge and understanding of Industry Best Practice and relevant guidelines such as ITIL v4.
Significant knowledge of relevant IT technologies and their use and application.
Substantial knowledge, acquired through hands-on experience, in a specialist
technical support environment for both hardware and software.
