Summary of the Role:

Craft immersive learning experiences for our Apprenticeship programs aligned with our learning journey blueprint.

Foster supportive relationships with learners and clients, offering academic and professional guidance in a safe environment.

Core Values & Accountabilities:

Act as a subject matter expert in developing high-impact training programs.

Utilise effective learning management techniques for engaging interactions.

Provide specialist support to learners, aiding progression and achievement.

Employ assessment techniques to ensure understanding and growth.

Deliver differentiated sessions with embedded Maths and English components.

Facilitate interactive remote learning sessions using various platforms.

Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to ensure quality learning experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.

Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training or equivalent.

Level 4 AAT qualification.

Skills and Experience

Experience delivering engaging training to adults.

Ability to create individualised learning plans and SMART targets.

Proficiency in developing immersive schemes of work.

Familiarity with removing barriers to support progression.

Strong time management and independent work skills.

Previous experience in accredited teaching/training environments.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Understanding of current Apprenticeship procedures and regulations.
