Are you a Specification Manager or similar from a Lighting / M&E background looking for an autonomous and technically challenging role within a market-leading manufacturer renowned for their luxury lighting products?

Do you want to work autonomously, based remotely and covering a Northwest patch with the opportunity to increase your earnings through uncapped commission?

This market leading manufacturer work with a broad and growing client base across the UK primarily within the construction industry, and haven international reach. Their award winning products are well known, and they are looking to grow their UK Specification team to assist with ongoing growth.

This autonomous role will see you developing new business (60%) in addition to account management (40%) as you provide lighting products to M&E consultancies, contractors and end customers. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across Liverpool, Manchester and -4 days per week, to further business relationships.

This dynamic role would suit a Specification Manager or similar from a Lighting / M&E background looking for a technical role selling cutting-edge products to a broad client base within a UK leading company who offer uncapped commission to increase your earnings .

The Role:

• An even split of Business Development and Account Management
• Identify new business opportunities typically sourced via discussions with existing contacts, referrals, general market awareness, networking and project work
• Visiting Client across the Northwest, targeting M&E Contractors, Consultancies and Architects to demonstrate new products and win contracts
• Full client ownership throughout the process

The Person:

• Specification Manager or similar
• Lighting / M&E background
• Commutable to London- happy to cover a patch in and around the M25
