Job Description - Specification Sales Manager

Our client is a UK -based manufacturer of fire and smoke protection construction products. We are looking for an experienced Specification Manager to work directly with architects, engineers, and contractors to influence designs, secure specifications, and convert opportunities into sales.

This is a fully remote role covering London.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and other decision -makers involved in specifying building solutions.
Promote and secure product specifications on new and refurbishment projects.
Track opportunities and convert specifications into confirmed orders.

Requirements

Experience working in specification led sales with a technical building product, for example; Passive Fire & Smoke Control, Fire Curtains, Partitions, Facades, Lighting, HVAC, Flooring, Roofing, Access Control, CCTV etc.
Knowledge of specification stakeholders such as Architect, Designers, Consultants, Contractors and Specifiers.
