Specification Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and other decision -makers involved in specifying building solutions.
  

• Promote and secure product specifications on new and refurbishment projects.
  

• Track opportunities and convert specifications into confirmed orders.
  

Requirements

• Experience working in specification led sales with a technical building product, for example; Passive Fire & Smoke Control, Fire Curtains, Partitions, Facades, Lighting, HVAC, Flooring, Roofing, Access Control, CCTV etc.
  

• Knowledge of specification stakeholders such as Architect, Designers, Consultants, Contractors and Specifiers.
