Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 - £13,000 bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Aluminium Decking & Balustrades Systems will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high rise sector

* All of your time will be spent generating specification with architects, consultants and specifiers & selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors

* The remaining portion of your time will be spent influencing and generating specifications with architects, consultants and specifiers

* Turnover target will be set depending on your experience

* Average order value can vary from anything from £20k-£250k+

* Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager – Aluminium Decking & Balustrades Systems with:

* Must have sold a technical related product such as: aluminium decking, balconies, cladding, facades, building envelope, timber frame, off site modular, roofing systems, rain screen, solar shading, glazing systems, insulation, facades etc

* Must have sold to architects, consultants, specifiers, contractors and fabricators

* Ideally from the aluminium decking market place however not essential

* Project led with an ability to think laterally

* Technically capable, ability to assist with designing solutions to clients’ needs
