Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + profit related bonus

Benefits: £600 car allowance and full benefits package

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Rainscreen Façade Cladding will involve:

• Specification field sales position selling a manufactured range of sustainable rainscreen façade cladding systems
• Working on both high-rise residential and commercial projects such as; Schools & Universities
• All of your time will be spent selling to and generating specification with architects, consultants, specifiers & contractors
• Turnover target tbc
• Average project sizes circa £250k
• Predominately new business

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager - Rainscreen Façade Cladding with:

• Must have building envelope field sales experience
• Ideally have specification sales experience
• Ideally specific rainscreen façade experience however not essential
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to hit ground running/ industry experience
