Area to be covered: South West & South Wales (Including Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation Products will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems

* Focusing on both new build and social housing projects

* The majority of your time will be focusing on generating specifications via building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers

* The remaining portion of your time will spent selling into M&E contractors, main contractors ,sub-contractors, developers and builders

* Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts

* Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation Products with:

* Must have HVAC product related experience for example: ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units,

* Ideally have contacts with M&E consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub-contractors

* A team player who is highly organised
