Your Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement - Develop and maintain influential relationships with consultants and contractors, ensuring our products are specified in key projects.
• Target Achievement - Proactively drive specifications and meet ambitious sales objectives.
• Market Influence - Deliver compelling CPD presentations, positioning the company as the go-to supplier for innovative solutions.
• Pipeline Management - Track project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring specifications remain intact.
• Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and project success.
• Reporting & Analysis - Maintain detailed records of sales performance, client interactions, and specification conversions.

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & specification targets.
• Number and value of specifications secured.
• Quality, volume, and depth of key relationships developed.
• Conversion rate of specifications into tangible sales.
