A technically minded person with a degree in Food Science or similar is required for this very interesting Specification Technologist role.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing product data and maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer standards

- Addressing any food safety and quality concerns with suppliers and other stakeholders

- Maintaining and updating detailed product specifications to ensure internal standards are met

- Ensuring all product specifications are supported by validated claims such as nutritional health

- Supporting audits by ensuring product information is audit - ready and compliant
