With around 260 people split across our five office locations, everyone has a part to play in our success and every opinion is welcomed and valued. We regularly celebrate long service awards and are proud to say that we have over 70 people with 10 years plus service including 20 individuals having been with Trethowans for over 25 years.

As one of the leading full-service law firms in the South, we pride ourselves on having fantastic talented people, excellent finances and we punch above our weight in terms of the clients we work with. All these things together really do set us apart from the others.

Then there are also the small things that we like to do. Like ice creams on a hot summer’s day. A team afternoon out to do something fun. After-work drinks or a rounders tournament in the park.
