A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support students across education settings in London, starting this September.

We are recruiting for both temporary and permanent contracts, with full-time and part-time options available—ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Role Overview: You’ll support children and young people with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, delivering tailored interventions and working closely with school staff, families, and wider support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage a caseload of students with diverse SLCN/SEMH profiles
• Deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions
• Design and implement evidence-based intervention plans
• Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
• Support the development of whole-school communication strategies

Requirements:

• Registered with HCPC and RCSLT
• Experience working with children and young people in educational or clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver impactful and measurable interventions
