Speech & Language Therapist - East Sussex

Location: East Sussex (near East Grinstead)
Salary Package: £28,000 - £45,000 (Band 5-6 equivalent)

This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment where therapy is embedded into daily learning. You will support children with a range of communication needs, delivering practical and meaningful interventions that directly impact independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities of Speech & Language Therapist:

Managing a paediatric caseload within a specialist school
Delivering 1:1 and group therapy sessions
Supporting a range of communication needs, including AAC
Working collaboratively with education staff and families
Contributing to EHCPs and reports
Implementing evidence-based therapy approachesRequirements for Speech & Language Therapist:

HCPC registration (or eligibility)
Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
Experience within paediatric or school settings
Knowledge of autism and communication strategies
