Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager

Digital Tonic are working with a fun and fast growing brand in Clifton, Bristol as they look to hire a Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager for their team. This is a newly created role where you will seek out strategic partnerships opportunities, and will look to maximise these.

This is a life insurance brand, but don't let that fool you, it's a fun brand who reach their audience through creative campaigns and celebrity influencers. You will identify, negotiate and build long term relationships with viable opportunities with insurance brands, but will also work with organisations such as Google/Meta, charities, and you'll develop sponsorship opportunities with sports clubs such as football clubs!

You'll build effective relationships with strategic partners and will report on partnership performance, utilising relevant metrics and proposing improvements when necessary. This is a role for you to make your own where you'll be trusted to develop your own strategy, plan and direction for opportunities.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a Partnerships focused role
• Exceptional communicator and adept at building strong relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and able to win new business
• Strategic thinker, able to see opportunities and maximise these
• Highly commercial with experience of forecasting and reporting on performance
• Any knowledge or experience within Insurance would be beneficial but is not a must
