Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Sports Coach to work full-time in a welcoming school in Staffordshire, starting in September.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual who is committed to promoting physical activity, teamwork, and confidence among young people. Whether you have experience coaching in schools, clubs, or community settings, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

* Full-time position, Monday to Friday

* September start

* Based in a supportive secondary school in Staffordshire

* Deliver engaging PE lessons and sports coaching sessions

* Support pupils of varying abilities to develop their skills and confidence

* Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation in physical activity

* Assist with extracurricular sports clubs and school sporting events where required

The Ideal Candidate

* Experience coaching sports or delivering PE sessions

* A recognised sports coaching qualification or relevant degree is desirable

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Passionate about inspiring young people through sport

* Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
