Future Pro Academy, in partnership with Juniper Training Ltd, is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Sport Lecturer & Football Coach to deliver high-quality education and elite-level coaching to learners enrolled on our full-time NCFE Level 3 Sport programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire, educate, and coach the next generation of sports professionals through a dynamic blend of classroom delivery and football development.

🔍 About the Role:

• Full-time delivery of NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications




• Supporting learners with GCSE or Functional Skills English & maths




• Planning, assessing, and tracking learner progress




• Delivering high-quality football training and coaching in a matchday environment




• Contributing to learners’ personal development, behaviour and attitudes




• Working collaboratively within a professional and learner-focused team

✅ Key Requirements:

• UEFA B Licence (or currently working towards)




• Experience in an elite academy or performance football environment




• A degree-level qualification in Sport or a related field (essential)




• Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (or willingness to achieve)




• QTLS (desirable)




• Ability to support the delivery of GCSE Maths & English alongside Sport qualifications
