Sports Recruiter

JLB is excited to be hiring for a senior recruiter to help drive our U.S offering within sport, media and entertainment with a view to relocate to the U.S in 2025.

We are looking for someone with a track record of placing candidates at a variety of levels within either sport, media, entertainment or similar verticals and has consistently billed £250k+ per year in the last 3-5 years (roughly 2+ jobs filled per month).

You must be a full 360 consultant (find clients and candidates independently), know how to get in front of decision makers quickly and have the drive and determination to convince new clients that you're the person to make their life easier when it comes to hiring.

JLB are offering an extremely competitive base salary and quarterly commission structure which is as follows:
Consultants take home 30% of everything they bill over their threshold (which is equal to half your base salary)
