We're on the lookout for a Sports Tutor to join our energetic and dedicated team at Juniper. If you love coaching, motivating students, and making a real difference, this role is for you! 

This role is to start in September 2025 and is term time only.

✨ The RoleAs a Sports Tutor, you'll be delivering engaging and effective training sessions to students studying NCFE Sport & Physical Activity (Sports Coaching) - Level 3. You'll play a crucial role in guiding young people, helping them develop the skills they need for success in the world of sport or further education.

🏅 What You'll Do:

• Deliver dynamic, inspiring training sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Develop students' English and Maths skills (including Functional Skills where needed)
• Plan and facilitate motivational activities and visits
• Support students' personal development and readiness for employment or higher education
• Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their growth
• Encourage excellent attendance and engagement
• Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to support student progression

💪 What We're Looking For: 

✅ Experience delivering sport-based training up to Level 3 

✅ A Level 3 Sport qualification (minimum) 

✅ A Level 4 Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve this within 6 months) 

✅ Experience working with 16-18-year-olds 

✅ A vibrant, positive personality that can engage and motivate students 

✅ Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport 

✅ Excellent organisational skills and a goal-driven mindset
