Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
Working days: Monday to Friday
Shifts available:

Day shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Night shift: 7:00pm – 5:00am

The Role

Jobsworth Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Industrial Sprayer to join a busy production team.

You will be working on a track-based production line, coating large metal components as they move along the line. This role requires someone who can work efficiently at production pace while ensuring every component receives a consistent, high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

Powder coat large components as they move along the production line.
Assess each component and determine the correct spraying technique to achieve full coverage.
Ensure all edges, corners and hard-to-reach areas are properly coated.
Apply an even coating to the required thickness across components of varying sizes and lengths.
Inspect finished products to ensure consistent coverage and quality.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe spraying environment.
Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spraying.
Experience working on a moving, track-based production line is highly desirable.
A good understanding of coating thickness, coverage and finish quality.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
A reliable, hardworking attitude and good timekeeping.
