SQL Server Developer

With innovation embedded in its consulting and services approach, Innovecture will continue to deliver outstanding results for its Fortune 500 clients and employees.Experience:Minimum of 4 year's experience as SQL Server Database Administrator/ Application Developer/ Data Analyst.Technical Knowledge and Skills• Experience with basic Database Administration tasks.• Strong experience as a SQL Server Developer with proficiency in writing T-SQLs.• Experience in data cleaning, analysis, data base management and manipulation.• Experience with data mapping and data validation techniques.• Ability to trace data flow, touch points and resolve data related issues.• Experience with data transformation and processing.• Ability to ensure data integrity through demonstrated attention to detail and quality data input.• Proven experience in stored procedure development.• Experience with SQL Server export/ import techniques.• Ability to work independently and as a team on multiple tasks and commitment to deadlines.• Knowledge of security principles and how they apply to applications.Other Skills and Requirements• Proficiency in preparing application related database archiving / data management plans.• Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.• Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.• Excellent attention to detail.• Capacity to produce high level technical documentations and results.• A strong customer focus and people skills.
