Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager . You will be developing procurement strategies, contract management plans and ITT processes (including supporting competitive and compliant tender submissions). 

What will you be doing?

Manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking
Procurement strategy development
Commercial risk identification and pricing
Stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams 
A couple of things you should know:

Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred 
During an interview, you may be asked about:

Your experience developing procurement strategies
Your exposure to tendering within major infrastructure projects
