Skills and Competencies

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, product, marketing, or market research within the Property Insurance space.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer personas, and workflows in the Property Insurance sector.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field required.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and market insight for Moody’s Insurance segment.

• Analyse industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer sub-segments and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and GTM teams to align initiatives.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition targets.
• Provide input on customer needs related to data, analytics, and software.
• Develop and refine sales and marketing content and thought leadership.
• Support M&A and investment activities with market analysis.
• Inform marketing positioning and messaging.
