The Role The Sr Human Resources Business Partner will provide human resources generalist support to the EURA region.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director of Human Resources.

Your Impact Act as a key advisor to line management on organizational and human resources matters.

Ensure effective communication of human resource practices, processes, and programs to management and employees.

Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and line managers to recruit key talent.

Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.

Coach managers to improve performance.

Partner with the Talent Management team on training strategies and issues.

Management of HR projects.

What You'll Need Proven ability to recruit key management and staff.

Ability to act in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent judgment and creative problem solver.

Strong coaching skills.

Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, analytical and management skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Power Point, Word, Share Point, Access and Outlook.

Strong experience working with various HR and business systems.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent required, CIPD Level 5 or above/Masters or equivalent.

Travel: Approximately 10 - 15%.
