Sr Manager, Product Owner

As a quarterback of solution management, the Product Owner is responsible for understanding the needs of the users, markets and business leaders and the strategic direction of BHS, and leading a cross functional program of conception (design, UX/UI), engineering and marketing to launch and maximize the lifecycle of a solution

1. Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes and Stories.

1. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities to maximize results

1. Understanding knowledge of the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer, leverage product analytics to identify improvement opportunties and evolutions.

2. Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value

• 8+ years of experience in leading full scope engineering of advanced and multi market digital solutions• Master’s degree
