We are now seeking a Senior Sales Partner to help deliver the UK Advertising sales strategy.\n\nThe role will involve developing relationships with senior stakeholders within media agencies and brands directly to drive sales, working closely with an Account Manager to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.\n\nYou will be accountable for delivering revenue against quarterly targets by leveraging Netflix\u0027s audience insights, ad formats and premium content offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Measurement, Brand Partnerships and Ads Marketing alongside the trading lead to meet and exceed our clients\u2019 needs.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the UK, an established network of relationships and a track record of delivering revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and execute an agency-focused sales plan for the UK to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations, aligning closely with EMEA / UK GTM strategy.\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at major agency operating companies.\n * Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.\n * Demonstrate a creative and solutions-focused approach, responding effectively to briefs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand relationship networks and achieve or exceed targets.\n * Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.\n\n\n\nWe\u2019re Looking for:\n\n * Substantial experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.\n * Deep understanding of the independent media agency landscape in the UK and an established network of relationships at senior level within them.\n * Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales will be a plus, particularly experience in programmatic and/or biddable media.\n * Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).\n * Effective communication skills, including the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.\n * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions.\n * Ability to operate effectively in a growing business with evolving priorities, including managing risk, uncertainty and ambiguity.\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
