Academics Ltd are working with a Primary School in the London Borough of Hillingon who are looking for a passionate and experienced SRP Manager to lead our well-established unit supporting 10 pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and inclusive school where the SRP is a key part of the wider community.

Key Requirements of a SRP Manager:

• Is a strong leader with experience in SEND, especially autism and complex needs

• Understands how to successfully include pupils in mainstream lessons

• Has a deep knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Can inspire and lead a team with creativity and care

• Builds positive relationships with staff, families, and external partners

• Is reflective, professional, and driven to make a difference
