St John Baptist (Southend) Church of England Primary School (“St John’s”) has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional school leader to join our flourishing family.

We are looking for an inspirational and committed leader who will build on the school’s strengths, work collaboratively with our staff and families, and provide the vision and leadership needed to support the continued success of St John’s.

This role would particularly suit an experienced Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, Head of School or other senior school leader who is ready to take the next step into headship. We would also welcome applications from experienced Headteachers who are looking for a new leadership opportunity within a small, supportive and close-knit school community.
