Job DescriptionStaff Engineer Salary- upto £130,000 and bonus of 20% Remote- must be UK based If you are someone who is driven by seeing the real life implications of the work you do and want to work in a role that genuinely improves the lives of others then read on. I am currently partnered with an ethical data platform who are on a mission to improve the lives of workers across the globe. We are looking for a technical leader who will provide both technical guidance and leadership whilst you work across multiple pods offering technical expertise and guidance. This is a hands-on role where your time will be split between leading technically and hands-on coding.✅ Taken complete ownership of projects and technical delivery working across multiple teams. Essentially someone who knows how to steer the ship and can prove it!✅3 - 5 years experience of working in tech teams at the senior Staff level, using either Kotlin or Java✅ Experience of mentoring and coaching, influencing teams and guiding technical direction ✅ Strong experience of working with Agile methodologies and strong TDD ✅ Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc2 stage interview process:1st stage technical pairing (1hr)Final stage competency based (2hr)This is really an opportunity for a Staff Engineer who wants to be part of an important mission and work on some of the most forward thinking and innovative projects in tech.For more information please send your CV to me on [email protected] or if not feel free to share details of the types of roles you're interested in.
