Staff Nurse (RGN) – Night Shifts

£20–£22 per hour | 33–44 hours per week

Our client, a leading provider of high-quality care for older adults, is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their team for night shifts in a purpose-built, luxury care home. What We’re Looking For

• A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)

• A kind, professional, and proactive approach to nursing care

• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills

• Previous experience in elderly care is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Administer medications, update care plans, and support residents with complex needs

• Lead the care team during night shifts, ensuring best practices are followed

• Act as a key contact for families and external professionals when required

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment
