Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in line with NMC standards and CQC requirements.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained.
• Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
• Minimum 2 years nursing home experience.
• Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
• Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements.
• Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
