Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: Competitive hourly rate - £21-£23+ paid breaks (where applicable)
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available – days or nights

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a friendly and well-established 25-bed nursing home in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality nursing and person-centred care to residents.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a small home environment, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and maintaining the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents

*

Administer and manage medications

*

Complete and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records

*

Work closely with carers, families and healthcare professionals

*

Promote resident dignity, independence and wellbeing

*

Support and mentor care staff where required

Requirements:

*

Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)

*

Previous nursing home experience preferred

*

Good clinical knowledge and communication skills

*

A caring, compassionate and professional approach
