Exciting Opportunity for Lead/Staff Engineer in London
I am representing a client, a London-based travel SaaS company that has received funding from investors who have backed some of the world's biggest tech companies. They are looking for a Lead/Staff Engineer with Ruby experience to join their team.

They are still a relatively young company but have established great engineering practices and aim to disrupt the Travel industry with its SaaS platform.

Role Details:

Position: Lead/Staff Engineer
Location: Central London (3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £95-120k (have room for negotiation depends on experience)
Benefits: Equity + Private Health Care
Start: Immediate start and interview process

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Ruby
Technical leadership experience (mostly hands on, leading a team of 2 other engineers)
Strong background in platform engineering (DevOps, Observability, infrastructure)
Familiarity with Rails FE is a nice to have (Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo - nice to have)
Collaborative engineering culture
