Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team at Samsic UK. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations and support our commitment to excellence.

Staff Shop Operative at United Biscuits Aintree.

26 Hrs per week , 8Hrs Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am 5pm

                               5Hrs  Friday 8am to 1pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm.

Must be available to start w/c 6th July

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Implement health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or shop management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of merchandising and visual display techniques.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
