📍 Mayfair, Central London (W1S 2RT) 💰 Up to £50,000 + Overtime + Call Out + Benefits Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm

Are you an experienced AC Engineer looking for a static role in Central London with a respected and well-established FM provider?

We are recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move away from a mobile position and join a company known for its excellent staff retention, training opportunities and long-term career progression.

The Role

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a large AC estate.
Working on VRV, VRF and split systems.
Fault finding, servicing and repairs.
Basic AHU maintenance and filter changes.
PPM and reactive works across approximately 87 AC systems.
Working closely with the client and site teams in a professional, customer-facing environment.Requirements

✅ F-Gas Qualified

✅ Strong AC maintenance and fault-finding experience

✅ Experience with VRV/VRF and split systems

✅ Good communication and customer-facing skills

✅ Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Package

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary
1 in 4 Call Out Rota
£100 Standby Payment
Minimum 4 Hours Paid per Call Out
Overtime Available
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Increases to 25 Days with Service
Company Pension (5% Employee / 4% Employer)
Death in Service
