• Commissioning, servicing, and maintaining BMS systems across multiple sites

• Taking ownership of allocated tasks and ensuring full system functionality

• Writing/modifying software, upgrading graphics, and point-to-point testing

• Supporting electricians and ensuring installations are compliant and efficient

• Completing documentation, commissioning reports, and client handovers

• Calibrating sensors, actuators, and fine-tuning system performance

• Maintaining communication with Project Managers and the Operations Director

• Experience with one or more BMS platforms (Trend, Cylon, Tridium, Honeywell, Priva)

• Strong background in commissioning, fault finding, and system optimisation

• Capable of working independently and managing time across multiple sites

• A customer-first mindset and pride in delivering complete solutions

• Awareness of working to project budgets and deadlines
