Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Bexleyheath, DA6

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £42,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent static position based on a site in Bexleyheath, Kent.

This engineer will be working with a small team of maintenance engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for this large static site

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services maintenance background. They need to be electrical qualified but also be experienced in mechanical maintenance

We are looking for an engineer who is Level 3 electrical qualified with 18th Edition. We would prefer this engineer to also hold test and inspect, but this is not essential.

This is a static site, so we do not require a driving licence. However, we do need this person to be accessible to the site as there is an on-call service.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a commercial building services engineer
• Strong electrical maintenance knowledge
• Able to deal with mechanical maintenance
• Based in a short commute to Bexleyheath
• Level 3 electrical qualified
• 18thEdition
• Test and inspection 2391 would be preferred
• Must be able to join the site on call rota

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• On call allowance
• On call one week in four
