Static Building services engineer
Building services engineer / HVAC technician required for 2 -3 month contract staring immediately in Nottingham.
Working at a large head office with distribution centre the Building services engineer / HVAC technician will be:

PPM and Reactive works on AC plant, AHU and Fan coil units
Front end on BMS systems,
Hot water temperature checks
Lighting and lamping checks and changes
Write and reed risk assessments
07:30 am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
£21.64 PAYE rate (No CIS or Ltd / PCN)
