Static Maintenance Engineer

Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work)

The Role:
Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
· Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service
· Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS)
· Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks
· Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations
You Need:
· 3+ years in a similar maintenance role
· 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher)
· Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing
· IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial)
· L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable)
