Assist with the assembly, alignment and securing of steel structures and components. Work alongside other trades and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Follow site health and safety procedures and comply with all relevant safety requirements. Use tools and equipment safely and correctly. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Steel Erector. NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures would be expected. Must hold a valid MP Connect Card . Experience working on industrial or heavy engineering sites is desirable. Ability to follow engineering drawings, instructions and site procedures. Good awareness of health and safety requirements. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
