Steel Fixer – London (SW8)

Location: London (SW8)
Start Date: Friday 24th
Duration: Initial 2-week contract (with the potential to extend to 3 weeks)
Rate: Negotiable (DOE)
Dewey Group are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Steel Fixers to join a project based in SW8, London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a busy site, with an immediate start available. The initial contract is for 2 weeks, with the possibility of an additional week's work for candidates who are willing to assist with general site duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings and bending schedules.
* Fabricating and assembling steel reinforcement cages for large pad foundations.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
* Supporting the wider site team with additional duties when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong understanding of reinforcement drawings and bending schedules.
* Valid CSCS Card.
