Burner / Steelwork Removal Operative – IPAF 3A & 3B

6–8 Weeks Work | Immediate Start

Anglian Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Burner / Steelwork Removal Operative for a project involving the removal and dismantling of existing steelwork.

This is a 6–8 week contract and applicants must have previous experience carrying out burning/cutting works and steelwork removal.

Duties will include:

* Burning and cutting existing steelwork

* Dismantling and removal of steelwork

* Working safely at height using MEWPs

* Using oxy-fuel cutting/burning equipment

* Assisting with the controlled removal of steel sections

* Working alongside other trades and site management

* Following site-specific RAMS and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Burner / Steelwork Removal Operative

* IPAF 3A & 3B – Essential

* Valid CSCS card

* Experience with steelwork dismantling/removal

* Competent using burning/cutting equipment

* Comfortable working at height

* Own PPE

* Relevant references

Duration

6–8 weeks

Good rate of pay available, dependent on experience.
