The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:

• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom where each child is valued.


• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a dynamic, standards-aligned curriculum.


• Build and nurture relationships with parents, carers, and the school community.

As a Middle Leader, you will:

• Lead an area of school improvement, supporting our strategic vision.


• Collaborate with leadership to drive staff development and curriculum enhancements.


• Shape whole-school initiatives aimed at academic excellence and student growth.


• Model best practices and support colleagues in reaching their professional potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified primary school teacher with experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning.


• Proven leadership skills or a strong desire to develop as a leader in a supportive setting.


• Passion for empowering students to reach their potential, with solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.


• Ability to inspire and engage both students and colleagues.
