What to Expect
Starting in a varied trainee role, you’ll support the team and assist customers while developing your knowledge and skills. With full study support towards your CeMAP qualification, you’ll progress into an advisory position — helping clients find the right mortgage products to suit their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong customer relationships

• Handling day-to-day mortgage enquiries and queries from third parties

• Supporting the team with admin tasks including documentation checks, system updates, and post handling

• Assisting with mortgage applications and ensuring all information is accurate and complete

• Speaking with customers over the phone to verify information

• Once trained, advising customers on mortgage products and completing applications

• Meeting targets while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations

• Ideally, some understanding of lending principles or a desire to gain a CeMAP qualification
