Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as a preferred recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Stock and Transport Controller to join their team.

The main purpose of this Stock and Transport Controller role is to ensure accurate movement of inventory across the business.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

Accountability of stock accuracy, inventory reconciliation, stock integrity and inventory reporting. 
Transport coordination, dispatch scheduling, freight cost control, and managing freight and shipping schedules. 
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies. 
Maintaining ERP/WMS accuracy. 
The ideal candidate:

Must have previous stock control and inventory management experience.
Will need to be comfortable in a warehouse, wholesale, FMCG, or distribution environment. 
Must also have transport and logistics knowledge and experience. 
Will need ERP/WMS systems knowledge.
