Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are looking for 2 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessors to conduct surveys for a large HA in Kent/Maidstone.

Start date: ASAP
Minimum 4 days per week required
Duration: Approximately 4–8 months, with potential to extend
Outside IR35
Tablet, Training and ID Badges/Calling Cards Provided
Paid Per Survey
Must be accredited DEA 

You will be carrying out:

Stock Condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and RDSAP Assessments
Door knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointments

We're looking for experienced surveyors who can hit the ground running and are comfortable working both independently and directly with residents.
