Brightwork are supporting with the recruitment of a Stock Control Administrator to join our client at their site in West Lothian on a Full Time, Temporary ongoing Basis.
Duties include:
- Oversee the processing of invoices related to incoming and outgoing stock transactions. - Maintain meticulous records of stock movements and inventory levels. - Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock replenishment effectively. - Generate comprehensive reports on stock status, transactions, and discrepancies for management review.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations is advantageous.
